Golly Gee Willikers... I can't believe she is 3 months already! She just seems to keep getting cuter!
The last few weeks have been full of fun, but the biggest excitement was the birth of little Axel Boot on Feb. 6th. A mere week later, Lucy got her very first Valentine from him at a lovely brunch hosted by the Boots. I'm not sure what is more impressive- Lucy "robbing the cradle" with a 1-week-old, or the 1-week-old stud giving out his first Valentine! Pretty cute either way...

As many of you have heard, Lucy has been having some weight issues- it turns out she was losing weight for a little while, which was not good. We think my milk supply decreased for some unknown reason. So we have been working hard at increasing my milk supply, and also supplementing her with formula. We are very happy to report that she is now gaining VERY well- she has had a couple weeks of 11-12 ounce weight gain (per week)! Her little cheeks are starting to chub-up, as is the rest of her body. So we are very happy about all of this!
She has just recently started LOVING the mirror... she totally flirts with herself, and talks, and smiles a lot... it's really cute. And she has generally been becoming a lot more observant of the world around her- toys, Reggie, and unfortunately the TV! But it has been lots of fun.
Anyways tomorrow we leave for a nice long trip to Colorado to visit the Margolins in Denver and to celebrate my sister Katie's 30th birthday up in Steamboat. We are very excited to see everyone, and to meet Lucy's cousin Kennedy for the first time!
